Acceptable Use Policy

Phango Online strives to provide its customers with the highest quality Internet service that is available and at the same time respect the standards that have been created within the Internet community. To that end Phango Online believes that certain activities and conduct are inappropriate or abusive and will not be tolerated on Phango Online's network. This list is not meant to be exhaustive, but merely illustrative of examples of conduct deemed by Phango Online to be inappropriate and improper and therefore prohibited on Phango Online's network.

Phango Online's network may only be used for lawful purposes. The transmission of material that is in violation of any federal, state or local law, or that is protected by trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Customers are prohibited from using the Phango Online's network to transmit material that is judged by Phango Online to be illegal, proprietary, obscene, criminal or in some fashion inconsistent with the generally accepted standards of the Internet community.

Phango Online has zero tolerance for the use of its network by anyone for the distribution of unsolicited bulk commercial e-mail transmissions.

Phango Online also has zero tolerance for the use of its network for the posting of messages or commercial advertisements which violate the rules, regulations, FAQ or charter of any newsgroup or mailing list. Commercial messages that are app ropriate under the rules of a newsgroup or mailing list or that are solicited by the recipients are permitted.

Anyone who publishes materials and information which are accessible through Phango Online's network is solely responsible for the content of such materials and information and is solely responsible to know and comply with all laws applicable to the publication and distribution of such materials and information. Phango Online does not accept responsibility for the content of the materials and information published by others which is accessible through the Phango Online network and does not accept responsibility for the violation of any laws resulting from such publication or distribution.

Phango Online is an access provider and as such exercises no control over the content of the information passing through its network. It is expected that Phango Online's customers will comply with whatever rules or Acceptable Use Poli cies that are appropriate for those networks accessed through Phango Online. Each Phango Online customer accepts the responsibility to avoid whatever material it finds offensive. If any Phango Online customer interferes with others's use and enjoyment of the services provided by Phango Online, such customer shall be deemed to be in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.

Phango Online is solely responsible for determining if a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy has occurred. Even though Phango Online does not review or censor materials and information which is accessible on Phango Online's network or other networks which may be connected to Phango Online's network, if Phango Online becomes aware that one of its customers is in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, Phango Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate service without notice. In addition, Phango Online reserves the right to interpret this Acceptable Use Policy in its sole discretion and to amend, revise, add or delete any provision of this Acceptable Use Policy.
